This policy explains what personal data NAHL Services ("we") collects through www.nahl.services and how we use it.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us, through the contact form or by email. That includes your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to manage our business relationship. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and for no longer than three years after our last contact unless we work together.

Third parties

Our form service (Web3Forms) delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and our email provider stores our correspondence, both on our behalf. The website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@nahl.services. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.
